The present invention relates to a new use of a composition comprising a compound of the avermectin family, preferentially ivermectin, and an antagonist compound of at least one of the retinoic acid receptors (RARs) in the treatment of 'acne. La présente invention est relative à une nouvelle utilisation d'une composition comprenant un composé de la famille des avermectines, préférentiellement l'ivermectine, et un composé antagoniste d'au moins un des récepteurs de l'acide rétinoïque (RARs) dans le traitement l'acné.
