For a locking type fixing system which rebuilds fractured bones, the system comprises: a plate which has at least one fixing hole for supporting to be attached to bones and a coupling stand and a shaft which is inserted into the fixing hole and implanted within a bone； a screw which has a head for being interlocked and coupled with the fixing hole in an upper end of the shaft； and a wire which is connected to the coupling stand and wound to a bone. The fixing hole and the head are formed as a spherical profile and female and male screws are formed according to an angle in which a thread cutter is orthogonal by a predetermined pitch along a center point of the profile in inner and outer surfaces in the fixing hole and the head, and a molding groove, in which the head couples the female and male screws at a random angle besides a shaft coupling in the fixing hole, is formed. The molding groove has a female screw which is radially cut by a plate type side cutter, which has a radius identical to the diameter of the profile, by a pitch at a location orthogonal to a center point to change a spiral type screw thread into a fine sawtooth type. The molding groove has a male screw which is cut by an end mill having the diameter identical to that of the profile while the end mill is close in the outer surface of the shaft to an area which is mutually symmetry to the profile, to change a spiral type screw thread into a cutting blade.골절된 뼈를 재건하는 잠금형 고정 시스템에 있어서； 상기 뼈에 부착되도록 지지하는 하나 이상의 고정홀과 결속대가 형성되는 플레이트와 상기 고정홀에 삽입되어 뼈 내에 식립되는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 상단에 고정홀과 맞물려 체결되는 헤드를 형성하는 스크류와, 상기 결속대에 연결되어 뼈에 감겨지는 와이어로 이루어지고, 상기 고정홀과 헤드는 구형의 형상프로파일로 형성되고, 내·외면에 쓰레드 커터가 형상프로파일의 중심점을 따라 소정의 피치만큼 수직하는 각도대로 암나사와 수나사가 형성되며, 상기 헤드가 고정홀에 축체결 외에도 임의의 각도에서 암·수나사를 체결시키는 성형홈을 포함하고, 상기 성형홈은 형상프로파일의 지름과 동일한 반지름을 가진 판형의 사이드 커터가 중심점에 수직하는 위치에서 피치만큼 방사형으로 절삭하여 나선형의 나사산을 미세 톱니형으로 전환된 암나사 및, 상기 성형홈은 형상프로파일과 동일한 지름을 가진 엔드밀이 샤프트의 외면에 인접된 상태에서 형상프로파일과 상호 대칭되는 영역까지 절삭하여 나선형의 나사산을 절삭날로 전환된 수나사를 특징으로 한다.
