The present invention relates to an automatic defecation treatment apparatus having a configuration of preventing defecation or cleaning water from flowing to the outside or being spilt even though a patient defecates while changing postures like lying on the side and lying on the back. The present invention provides the automatic defecation treatment apparatus, in which an excrement discharge unit has a configuration that an inner wall and an outer wall form a circular or an elliptical shaped sealed passageway, an air supply hole is formed toward a urine discharge unit from the outer wall, cleaning water supply holes are installed at both sides of the outer wall, a jet flow path inclined at angle of 4-8 ranges is formed in the inner wall, a sealing pad covers upper ends of the inner wall and the outer wall to form a sealed passageway, and the cleaning water and air flow into the sealed passageway through the cleaning water supply hole and the air supply hole, and are supplied through the inclined jet flow path formed on the inner wall.
