A core shell microcapsule wherein the liquid core of the microcapsule comprises solvent and climbazole dissolved in the solvent in a weight ratio of at most 8:1, preferably at most 5:1, solvent:climbazole. Also a process to manufacture the core shell microcapsule comprising the steps of: a) Dissolving climbazole in solvent to form an oil phase； b) Mixing the oil phase with an oil soluble first component of a shell forming polymerization system； c) Dispersing the mixture from step b in an aqueous phase which either contains, or has added to it, a water soluble second component of a shell forming polymerization system； d) Forming microcapsules by reaction of the first and second components of the polymerization system to encapsulate the climbazole dissolved in the solvent； and e) Optionally separating the formed microcapsules from the aqueous phase. Also a hair care composition comprising surfactant and at least 0.1 wt % of a core shell microcapsule comprising a polymer shell and a core comprising climbazole and solvent wherein the climbazole is dissolved in the solvent in a weight ratio of at most 8:1, preferably at most 5:1 solvent.
