PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-safety pharmaceutical composition that suppresses reduction of content of an effective component associated with oxidation or decomposition of rapamycin or a derivative thereof, and can secure long-term stability.SOLUTION: In a pharmaceutical preparation containing rapamycin or a derivative thereof, the inventor found out that oxidation or decomposition of rapamycin or a derivative thereof can be suppressed by using trehalose as an additive, and completed the invention.
