PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition which hardly causes a precipitation of glycyrrhetic acid, while comprising glycyrrhetic acid and being low in oil content, and has an excellent feeling of use without stickiness.SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid composition containing 0.0001-1.0 mass% of glycyrrhetic acid, 60-97.4 mass% of water, 0.5-3 mass% of a surfactant, and 2-6 mass% of lower alcohol.
