A system for performing in vivo procedures is provided. The system comprises a tool (106) for performing an in vivo procedure, the tool having an in vivo sensor (200) for obtaining in vivo information a processor (270) in communication with the tool for receiving and optionally processing the in vivo information obtained by the tool and a monitor (280) in communication with the processor for displaying the optionally processed in vivo information. Preferably, the communication between the elements of the system may be wireless. Also, the elements of the system are preferably portable and thus easily used in emergency cases or in the field.Linvention concerne un système de mise en oeuvre de techniques in vivo. Ce système comporte un outil de mise en oeuvre dune technique in vivo, cet outil comportant un capteur in vivo destiné à obtenir des informations in vivo un processeur en communication avec loutil, destiné à recevoir et éventuellement à traiter les informations in vivo obtenues par loutil et un moniteur en communication avec le processeur, destiné à afficher les informations in vivo éventuellement traitées. La communication entre les éléments du système est de préférence sans fil. De même, les éléments du système sont de préférence portables et donc facilement utilisables dans des situations durgence ou sur le terrain.
