A high vacuum is sometimes required in industries or in daily life. However, in order to form a high vacuum, a machine should be big until now and movement is inconvenient. A device which eradicates pests by instant suction using a high vacuum does not exist. In order to solve the problems, a vacuum is accumulated in a vacuum storage space for a long period of time (about 4-5 seconds) by using a small vacuum pump, not a continuous vacuum and a trigger valve is instantaneously opened.
