This invention relates to an improved crystallization process of hydrogenated castor oil structurant which results in (i) a dispersion having a high concentration of the structurant, and (ii) a crystal habit/form that results in a higher yield stress in the final product, imparting high stability, for a given amount structurant. In addition, the resulting personal care product is consumer desired, as less structurant residue is observed on hair after the use of the personal care product.La présente invention concerne un procédé de cristallisation amélioré d'un agent structurant de type huile de ricin hydrogénée qui permet d'obtenir (i) une dispersion ayant une concentration élevée en agent structurant, et (ii) un habitus/forme de cristal qui permet d'obtenir une contrainte à la rupture supérieure dans le produit final, conférant une stabilité élevée, pour une quantité donnée d'agent structurant.
