The present utility model relates to a formulation of blue ternate (Clitoria ternatea) solution and the process of making liquid soap comprising the steps of: weighing raw materials, preparing blue ternate solution, mixing of the raw ingredients/blending carrier oils and the lye solution, stirring mixture, dissolving the soap paste in boiling distilled water, adding blue ternate solution and other ingredients and pouring finished product in containers. The combination of coconut oil, castor oil and rice bran as carrier oils achieved the best soap characteristics. The attributes of the product resulted best in: color and fragrance of the soap, lather, cleansing, and good soap conditioners.
