Disclosed is a composition for improving allergic diseases by using tachioside isolated from a wheat bran extract, based on the facts that the tachioside isolated from the wheat bran extract has activity to inhibit degranulation of mast cells intermediating an allergic reaction, activity to inhibit the generation of cytokines involved in an allergic inflammation reaction, activity to inhibit the generation of NF-&kappa；B as a transcription factor of cytokine, and activity to inhibit the generation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK； ERK, JNK, and p-38).본 발명은 밀겨 추출물로부터 분리한 타치오시드가 알러지 반응을 매개하는 비만세포의 탈과립 억제 활성을 지님과 함께, 알러지 염증 반응에 관여하는 사이토카인의 생성 억제 활성, 이들 사이토카인의 전사인자인 NF-κB의 생성 억제 활성 그리고 NF-κB의 활성화에 관여하는 MAPK(mitogen-activated protein kinase)(ERK, JNK 및 p-38)의 생성 억제 활성을 지닌다는 것에 기초하여, 상기 타치오시드를 이용한 알러지성 질환의 개선제 조성물을 개시한다.
