Since the process of spreading fish paste by hand is omitted, production efficiency is increased and labor costs are reduced, resulting in economic effects.본 고안은 냉각기 제품 구김 방지용 슈트에 관한 것으로, 냉각기 내부의 그물형 벨트로 구성된 각 층의 끝 부분에 구김 방지용 슈트를 형성하여 그물형 벨트를 따라 납작한 어묵이 이송되다가 한 층이 끝나 다음 층으로 자유낙하 할 때에 어묵은 구김 방지용 슈트의 공기 방출구에서 나오는 공기의 압력에 따라 접히지 않고 원활하게 다음 층으로 이송되어 구김이 발생하지 않게 되는 것으로 구김 없이 어묵이 생산되어 양질의 제품을 생산할 수 있으며, 기존의 수작업으로 일일이 어묵을 펴던 공정이 생략되므로 생산효율이 높아지며 그에 따른 인건비도 절감되어 경제적인 효과가 있는 것이다.
