The present invention relates to an acupressure mattress provided with one touch type attachable and detachable acupressure balls, comprising: a floor； a frame surrounding an edge of the floor； and an elastic acupressure ball layer installed on an upper part of the floor and composed of springs and unit acupressure parts having the acupressure balls strung on the springs.
