A vegetable cutter comprises a bunker, a body, a case, a frame, knives, a drive with a vertical rotary shaft, a helix, an unloading tray. In the body of a conic shape with the vertical geometrical axis and a truncated vertex from below, behind the generatrices, longitudinal cuts are made, and on the outer surface of the body of the conic shape, near the longitudinal cuts, bearings, in which knives with blades of a tooth-like shape are mounted, are fixed immovably. In doing so from below to the body of a conic shape the bottom is fixed immovably as a disk with the central opening for placing therein, in such a manner as to allow rotating, the vertical rotary shaft of the drive, on which the helix with blades is mounted tangentially, is fixed immovably. A spatial cam is fixed immovably to the vertical rotary shaft of the drive, under the bottom. Said cam contacts rollers, connected to the lower part of knives with blades of a toothed shape with the aid of forks in such a manner as to allow rotating thereof, and the upper ends of the knives with the blades of a toothed shape contact bending springs. The case is arranged equidistantly forming a chamber between the body of a conic shape and the case. The case is immovably connected with the unloading tray. In doing so the body of a conic shape, the case and the drive with the vertical rotary shaft are immovably fixed to the frame.Овощерезка содержит бункер, корпус, кожух, раму, ножи, привод с вертикальным вращающимся валом, завиток, выгрузной лоток.
