Embodiments relate to novel vaccines against HPV related diseases including human papillomavirus (HPV) and multiple types of cancer. The HPV vaccine is composed of an anti-human dendritic cell (DC) surface receptor antibody containing CD40 and HPV 16 and 18 E6 / 7 proteins. The described technology is not limited to the production of vaccines against HPV16 and HPV18 related diseases, but can be applied to the production of vaccines carrying E6 / 7 from any type of HPV. The described HPV vaccine is capable of targeting DCs, the major professional antigen presenting cells (APCs), and is a potent, HPV E6 / 7 specific and strong CD4 + and CD8 + T cell response.
