The present invention relates to a plant cultivation apparatus equipped with LED lighting, the apparatus comprising: a main frame formed to stand upright； cultivation trays which are supported by the main frame respectively to be vertically spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, and have a space in which water can be accommodated； cultivation pots disposed on the cultivation trays； a lighting part disposed under the cultivation trays and emitting light toward the cultivation trays located thereunder, wherein the lighting part includes LEDs emitting light with colors different from each other； a water supply part disposed in the main frame, supplying water into the cultivation trays, and collecting the supplied water； and a control unit, in which light intensity is adjusted for each LED emitting the same colored light so as to provide a different lighting mode according to kinds and growth time of plants, the corresponding light intensity information may be stored for each lighting mode, and any one of the stored lighting modes may be selected by a manager. According to the present invention, a plant cultivation apparatus adjusts an intensity of a lighting part, so that an intensity ratio of the LED according to a colored light is adjusted to supply light with preferred wavelength which is different according to kinds or species and growth time of plants to be cultivated, and lighting is performed to adjust luminance according to light absorbing ability of the plants.
