The present disclosure provides an inhaler having a vibration element foraerosolizing medicament contained in ablister pack, wherein a plurality of individual blister packs are arranged ina rotary cassette that fits within a housing, and whereinthe individual blister packs are dragged up into a clamping position betweenthe vibration element and a piercing element. Themotion of the blister pack is controlled by a rotary disk within the housingwhich further coordinates the movement of the piercingand vibrating elements for the piercing and deaggregation, respectively, ofthe individual blister packs.
