What is claimed is a local hemostatic composition which aims to increase blood stopping efficiency, and provides the possibility of transporting the wounded after formation of artificial thrombus, allows movement of the wounded without risk of breaking the thrombus, and reduces additional tissue injury in process of removing the artificial thrombus. The objective technical problem is solved by formation of artificial thrombus with optimal moisture content, and reduced adhesive properties, thus preventing additional injuries of the wound edges. The effect is achieved by process of artificial thrombus formation and manifestation of calcium gluconate absorption properties specifically to the moist natural (plant) gum. Hemostatic composition is a mixture of locust bean gum and/or xanthan gum and/or guar gum with calcium gluconate.Linvention concerne une composition hémostatique locale qui vise à accroître lefficacité de larrêt dune hémorragie, et qui rend possible le transport du blessé après la formation dun thrombus artificiel, permet de déplacer le blessé sans risquer de casser le thrombus, et réduit une lésion de tissu supplémentaire pendant le retrait du thrombus artificiel. À cet effet, linvention concerne la formation dun thrombus artificiel ayant une teneur en humidité optimale, et des propriétés adhésives réduites, évitant ainsi des lésions supplémentaires des bords de plaie. Leffet est obtenu par la formation de thrombus artificiel et la manifestation de propriétés dabsorption de gluconate de calcium spécifiquement pour la gomme naturelle humide (végétale). Une composition hémostatique est un mélange de gomme de caroube et/ou de gomme de xanthane et/ou de gomme de guar avec du gluconate de calcium.
