The present invention relates to a cup sterilizing device. The device includes: a body which provides a space for storing a cup on the inside and has a vertical incision unit opening a handle when a cup is stored therein a power supply unit which is formed on the lower end of the body to be electrically connected to a side of the surface in order to turn the power on or off a LED UV ray generating unit which is formed on the center of the lower surface of the body and emits UV rays while having a UV ray diffusing lens formed on the upper part a UV ray sterilizing unit which is formed on the lower surface to emit UV rays to the cup to sterilize the cup when a sensor unit recognizes the cup being stored in the body and a coupling means which is formed in a side of the power supply unit to be detachably coupled to a coupling unit formed on the lower part of the lower surface. The present invention inserts and mounts a UV spectroscope in the body of the cup sterilizing device to uniformly sterilize the cup.
