The present invention provides a syringe capable of containing different injectable medicines, which includes a syringe barrel, a blocking plate, two plungers, a cover plate, and a pushing plate. Through the blocking plate being inserted into a hollow accommodation space of the syringe barrel, the syringe barrel can be divided into two accommodation chambers for filling with two different liquid medicines or powder medicines. When the two different liquid medicines or powder medicines is required to be mixed with each other or dissolved for subcutaneous injection, the blocking plate can be removed from the syringe barrel so as to mix medicines for liquid injection.
