PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid evaluation device for preferably obtaining at least one of a flow rate and a flow speed of fluid flowing inside a tube or a living body.SOLUTION: A fluid evaluation device 100 comprises: light sources 11, 12 for irradiating a measurement object in which fluid flows with light； light reception parts 21, 31 for receiving a scattered light of the irradiated light from the measurement object, and outputting a light reception signal according to the received scattered light； a first information output part 25 for outputting light reception amount information which is information related to a light reception amount on the light reception part and which is included in the output light reception signal； and second information output parts 35, 26 for outputting information related to at least one of a flow rate and a flow speed of fluid based on: information which is based on a beat signal caused by a light doppler shift and included in the output light reception signal； output light reception amount information； and correspondence information for regulating a relationship between the light reception amount information and the information which is based on the beat signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
