The present invention relates to a dye composition comprising at least one oxidation dye precursor, at least one polycondensate of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide having the following structure: H-(O-CH2-CH2)a-(O-CH(CH3)-CH2)b-(O-CH2-CH2)a-OH, in which a and a range from 2 to 150 and b ranges from 1 to 100 and at least one cationic polymer with a charge density of greater than or equal to 4 meq./g. The invention also relates to a dyeing process using this composition after mixing with a composition comprising an oxidizing agent. Another subject of the invention is devices comprising at least two compartments, the first compartment comprising the above composition and the second compartment comprising a composition comprising at least one oxidizing agent.La présente invention concerne une composition de colorant comprenant les éléments suivants : au moins un précurseur de colorant doxydation au moins un polycondensat doxyde déthylène et doxyde de propylène présentant la structure ci-dessous : H-(O-CH2-CH2)a-(O-CH(CH3)-CH2)b-(O-CH2-CH2)a-OH, dans laquelle a et a varient entre 2 et 150 et b varie entre 1 et 100 et au moins un polymère cationique possédant une densité de charge supérieure ou égale à 4 meq./g. Linvention porte en outre sur un procédé de coloration utilisant ladite composition après mélange avec une composition comprenant un agent oxydant. Linvention a également trait à des dispositifs comportant au moins deux compartiments, le premier compartiment comprenant la composition selon linvention, et le second compartiment contenant une composition qui comporte au moins un agent oxydant.
