PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic device, a medical image processing device, and an image display program capable of assisting intuitive understanding of an operator in a visual line direction and in an observation direction when observing a three-dimensional medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device includes a display, a storage part for storing a plurality of partial human body models corresponding to each region of a human body, an imaging part for imaging a subject and collecting a medical image, a region information acquisition part for acquiring information on a region corresponding to the medical image, a selection part for selecting at least one partial human body model from the plurality of partial human body models based on the information on the region, and a display control part for causing the selected partial human body model and the medical image to be displayed in the display.
