The present invention provides the diaper for the deceased, which prevents feces of the deceased from being leaked to a side direction without installing additional waterproof walls at both sides of the main pad, is easily manufactured to enhance productivity, and is able to absorb a large quantity of feces.본 발명에 의한 고인용 기저귀는, 일방향으로 길게 연장된 패드 형상으로 형성되며, 적층구조를 이루도록 포개어져 재봉되는 측벽부가 폭방향 양측에 구비되어 가운데 부위에 오목부가 마련되는 메인패드 상기 메인패드의 길이방향 일측에 구비되는 결속띠를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 고인용 기저귀는, 메인패드의 좌우측에 별도의 방수벽이 추가로 설치되지 아니하더라도 고인의 분변이 측방으로 새어 나가는 현상이 방지되고, 제작이 용이하여 생산성이 우수하며, 많은 양의 분변을 흡수할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
