The current disclosure relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of cancers in a patient with a particular biomarker profile. Aspects of the disclosure relate to a method for evaluating a patient comprising measuring the level of expression in a biological sample from the patient of one or more of the listed biomarkers: FTO, METTL3, WTAP, ALKBH5, METTL14, YTHDF1, or YTHDF2. Further aspects of the disclosure relate to a method comprising measuring in a biological sample from a cancer patient the levels of expression of the following biomarkers FTO, METTL3, WTAP, ALKBH5, METTL14, YTHDF1 and YTHDF2.La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions pour le traitement de cancers chez un patient ayant un profil de biomarqueur particulier.
