CONSTITUTION: A flowerpot body (1) includes an inner body (10) and an exposed body (20), and a supporter (30) is assembled to the bottom of the flowerpot body. A capacitor (40) is stored on the lower center of the inner body. A hollow pipe (11) is formed on the bottom center of the inner body. An exposed body supporting protrusion (12) is formed on the outside of the hollow pipe. A protrusion supporter unit (13) and a recess groove unit (14) are formed on the lower side of the supporting protrusion. A drain hole (13a) is formed on the bottom of the protrusion supporter unit. A rib (15) is installed to fix an LED lamp to the vertical longitudinal direction on the outside of the inner body. A supporter includes a protrusion (31) on the upper center, and a through-hole (32) for fitting the protrusion supporter unit inside the protrusion.본 발명은 발광기능을 갖는 도로용 화분에 관한 것이며 태양광으로 축전하여 LED 전구를 발광시키는 수단을 갖는 도로용 화분의 제조와 사용을 편리하게 함에 목적이 있다.본 발명은 화분 본체는 내부 몸통과 노출 몸통을 결합한 저부에는 받침대를 조립하여서 구성하고, 상기 내부 몸통 외면에는 LED 발광부를 구비하고, 회로판 등 축전기는 내부 몸통 중앙에 수납시켜서 구성된다.상기와 같은 본 발명은 화분 본체의 제조와 조립이 간편하고 회로판 등 축전기가 노출되지 않아 유지관계가 용이하고 사용이 편리한 이점이 있다.
