The present invention relates to a levitating aromatic spray device implemented to control a diffusion speed of an aromatic by corresponding to an indoor environment. The levitating aromatic spray device includes: an aroma diffusing unit which includes an aromatic composition in an inner space and controls the diffusion speed of the aromatic composition by corresponding to a rotation speed determined according to an environmental condition of an indoor space； and a levitating rotation unit which levitates the aroma diffusing unit, sets and stores the rotation speed of the aroma diffusing unit according to the environmental condition of the indoor space, and rotates the aroma diffusing unit at speed corresponding to the environmental condition of the indoor space which is measured.
