摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for neonatal assistance and paediatrics. An orogastric or nasogastric feeding tube contains a tubular constructive element, forming, at least, one element with an orifice, forming a channel for the supply of feeding from outside into the stomach or the subject's small intestine and including one of a moulded or made with an envelope assembly unit from separate components, including the orifice-provided element, wires, electromechanical components, wires, applied on the central element with the orifice, which is obtained by multicomponent moulding, casting or is encapsulated after the application of moulded in a wall wires in an obtained by extrusion profile with one orifice or with a multitude of orifices or a braid of separate wires, placed in one of the multitude of orifice-provided elements. The multitude of orifice-provided elements physically separates the feeding-supplying channel in one of the orifice-provided elements from electromechanical components. Three electrodes for ECG reading are located with equal or unequal intervals from the external side of the tube for determining parameters of the subject's heart activity. Means, realising an algorithm of monitoring for the selection of one of the subsets of three electrodes, provides an optimal signal of the heart activity measurement basing on the measured heart activity. The tube additionally contains at least one of an oropharyngeal thermistor in the zone of the subject's pharynx, a hypopharyngeal thermistor for monitoring the subject's temperature below the subject's pharynx or an oesophageal thermistor for monitoring the subject's internal temperature. The method consists in the introduction of the feeding tube into the subject's oesophagus, moving it to a place, planned for the placement of a tip in the selected place in the subject's stomach or small intestine, reading the heart activity by the subsets of three electrodes, processing of the read sig
