PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management device capable of determining a respiratory condition of a subject in a supine posture to perform daily health management.SOLUTION: A health management device includes: a sensor 11 that detects vibration caused by respiration of a subject in a supine posture on a bed 10； a stimulator 13 that gives stimulation to the subject； an abnormal respiration display device 21 that displays or stores respiratory arrest, slow respiration, tachypnea, low respiration, and hyperpnea of the subject； and a processing unit 20 that extracts a signal component of a frequency band of respiration from a sensor signal, obtains a distribution of intensity spectrum of the extracted signal component, determines a frequency of a maximum intensity spectrum, determines respiratory arrest, slow respiration, and tachypnea on the basis of the frequency of the maximum intensity spectrum, determines low respiration and hyperpnea on the basis of a magnitude of the maximum intensity spectrum, causes the stimulator to give electrical stimulation to the subject at a time of respiratory arrest, and causes the abnormal respiration display device to display or store the respiratory arrest, slow respiration, tachypnea, low respiration, and hyperpnea.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】仰臥姿勢にある被験者の呼吸状態を判定して日常の健康管理を行うことのできる健康管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベッド１０上の仰臥姿勢の被験者の呼吸に起因する振動を検出するセンサー１１と、被験者に刺激を与える刺激具１３と、被験者の無呼吸、徐呼吸、頻呼吸、低呼吸、過呼吸を表示し又は記録する異常呼吸表示装置２１と、センサー信号から呼吸の周波数帯の信号成分を抽出し、該抽出された信号成分の強度スペクトラムの分布を求め、最大強度スペクトラムの周波数を決定し、該最大強度スペクトラムの周波数から無呼吸、徐呼吸及び頻呼吸を判定する一方、最大強度スペクトラムの大きさから低呼吸と過呼吸を判定し、無呼吸時に上記刺激具をして被験者に電気刺激を与え、異常呼吸表示装置をして無呼吸、徐呼吸、頻呼吸、低呼吸、過呼吸を表示又は記録される演算処理装置２０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
