PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide device capable of guiding a distal end of an endoscope to an object site in a favorable state without losing the straight advancing property even for a subject with a long insertion length.SOLUTION: A distal end of a flexible tubular body 20 capable of inserting an insertion section 15 of an endoscope 10 is positioned and supported at the tip end side of a belt-like flat plate 21, and the tubular body 20 is sent by a sending member along the surface of the flat plate 21 integrally with the interior of a straight tube (a subject). This method allows a distal end 15a of the endoscope 10 to be guided to an object site in a favorable state without losing the straight advancing property for a straight tube with a long insertion length.
