Methods and systems (100) for calibrating an X-ray apparatus (110) are provided. The X-ray apparatus (110) may include an X-ray detector (113) and a collimator (112). To calibrate the X-ray apparatus (110), the methods and systems (100) may include moving the X-ray detector (113) from a first position to a second position along a first axis of a coordinate system (510), wherein the first position is under a scanning table (115), and the second position is outside the scanning table (115)； moving the collimator (112) to align the collimator (112) with the X-ray detector (113) at the second position (520)； determining one or more parameters (530)； and determining a second value of a first encoder when the collimator (112) is aligned with the X-ray detector (113) at the first position based on the one or more parameters (540).L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes (100) permettant d'étalonner un appareil à rayons X (110).
