FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and sports medicine. Patients electrocardiogram is recorded at bicycle ergometric examination. It is analyzed by selecting serial time row of RR-duration and determining pNN5-percentage of pairs of RR intervals with difference of 5 ms of total number of RR intervals on 3d minute loading period. Wherein value of pNN5 determines level of physical working capacity.
