The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a product with antioxidant activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity by using vigna angularis. The present invention also discloses a product manufactured by the method and a composition containing the product. The method includes steps of obtaining a mixture from extraction of vigna angularis, obtaining alcohol extraction of vigna angularis from the mixture, and culturing microorganisms on a medium containing the alcohol extraction of vigna angularis.本發明揭示一種自紅豆(Vigna angularis)製備一具有抗氧化活性以及酪胺酸酶抑制活性之產物的方法。本發明亦揭示一種藉由該方法所製得之產物以及一含有該產物的組成物。
