The present disclosure provides an optical imaging pulse measurement system including a base, a cover, an optical imaging system, a light module, a circuit module, a computing module and a display module. The base includes an auxiliary positioning measuring device. The cover is disposed on the base. The optical imaging system is disposed within the cover and for capturing an image of an imaging area from an angle of view. The light module is disposed in a peripheral region of the optical imaging system. The circuit module is connected to the optical imaging system and the light module electrically. The computing module is connected to the circuit module by a signal transmission. The display module is connected to the computing module by a signal transmission.
