PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous therapeutic device for freezing and thawing bloodstream in a blood vessel to an affected part, the device being capable of temporarily stopping the bloodstream for medical treatment without a special obturator and immediately resuming the bloodstream after the medical treatment.SOLUTION: A device according to the present invention includes a come-in and -out duplex gas tube 2 consisted of an inner tube 2A and an outer tube 2B, and a round-shaped probe 1 provided at a distal end of the tube 2 in such a manner that the probe 1 can be independently moved from a tip of a vessel catheter 4 into a vessel. A high pressure argon gas is injected from the inner tube 2A of the come-in and -out duplex gas tube 2 into the round-shaped probe 1 to inflate and cool the vessel immediately to freeze blood around the round-shaped probe 1 and stop downward bloodstream in the vessel. A medical treatment is performed during the stoppage of the bloodstream. After the medical treatment, a high pressure helium gas is injected into the round-shaped probe 1 to inflate, heat up the vessel, and thaw the blood in the vessel to resume the original bloodstream.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】特別の栓塞部材を用いることなく、患部への血流を一時的に停止して医学的処置を行い、当該処置の終了後には速やかに当該血管内の血流を再開できるようにした経皮的血流凍結融解治療具を実現する。【解決手段】内側チューブ2Aと外側チューブ2Bの二重管で構成したガス往還路チューブ2の遠位端に、血管カテーテル4の先端から血管内に独立して移動可能に設けた着脱可能な丸形プローブ1を有する。ガス往還路チューブ2の内側チューブ2Aから丸形プローブ1の内部に高圧アルゴンガスを注入して膨張させることで急冷し、丸形プローブ1の周囲にある血液を凍結して当該血管の下流への血液を停止する。血流停止の間に医学的処置を行い、該処置終了後に丸形プローブ1の内部に高圧ヘリウムガスを注入して膨張させることで昇温し、解凍して元の血流を回復させる【選択図】図1
