The present invention couples the traction blade unit to the lower frame by an insertion rail structure and a gear rail structure to easily slide-move the traction blade unit, and provided with the stopper on a rail of the lower frame to easily fixate the position of the traction blade unit if necessary.본 발명은 수술용 운드 리트렉터에 관한 것으로서, 상부 프레임(110)과 하부 프레임(120)이 연결시트(130)에 의해 연결된 중공형상의 리트렉터(100)； 및 상기 하부 프레임(120)에 형성된 결합부(140)에, 하부 프레임(120)을 따라 이동가능하게 결합되며, 하부 프레임(120)의 외측으로 연장형성된 견인블레이드부(200)가 구비되며, 상기 견인블레이드부(200)에는 특정 위치에 고정시킬 수 있는 스토퍼(300)가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 견인블레이드부가 하부프레임과 삽입레일구조 내지 기어레일구조로 결합되어 슬라이딩 이동이 용이한 효과가 있고, 하부 프레임의 레일에 스토퍼가 구비되어, 필요시 견인블레이드부의 위치가 용이하게 고정되는 효과가 있다.
