PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a desirable concentration rate by a simple control and device, as well as to reduce the load on medical treatment staff, when concentrating abdominal dropsy or pleural effusion filtrate.SOLUTION: Filtrate P is supplied to a closed external space A of a hollow fiber membrane 21 inside a membrane module 10. Moisture in the filtrate separated through the hollow fiber membrane 21 is dropped from an open inner space B of the hollow fiber membrane 21 to maintain a constant fluid volume of a concentrated liquid P concentrated in the external space A. The fluid volume of the concentrated liquid P in the external space A is adjusted to a prescribed fluid volume according to a concentration rate, by temporarily opening the external space A to let gas phase flow into or flow out of the external space A.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】腹水や胸水の濾過液を濃縮するにあたり、簡単な制御及び装置で所望の濃縮倍率を実現でき、また医療従事者の負担も低減する。【解決手段】膜モジュール10内の中空糸膜21の閉鎖された外側空間Aに濾過液Pを供給し、中空糸膜21を通じて分離される濾過液の水分を、中空糸膜21の開放された内側空間Bから落下させて、外側空間A内で濃縮される濃縮液Pの液量を一定に維持する。外側空間Aの濃縮液Pの液量は、外側空間Aを一時的に開放し外側空間Aに対し気体を流入又は流出させて、濃縮倍率に応じた所定の液量に調整される。【選択図】図1
