PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal marker capable of safely and simply identifying a lesion site of lung during a thoracoscopic surgery and a method for identifying a lesion site of lung. A seal marker (10) of the present invention includes an ink holder (20) holding an ink (61) and a base material (30) supporting the ink holder on its surface, and the back surface of the base material is a wall side pleura (54). Ink is attached to the visceral side pleura by inflating the lung 51 in a state of being attached to the visceral side and bringing the visceral side pleura into contact with the ink holder. In the present invention, ink is attached to the visceral pleura of the lung, and the operator identifies the lesion site 50 by palpation using the position where the ink is attached as a guide. Compared with the conventional method of directly puncturing the lung 51 with the guiding marker, the present invention can safely identify the lesion site of the lung. [Selection diagram] Figure 1【課題】胸腔鏡手術時に肺の病変部位を安全且つ簡便に同定できるシールマーカー及び肺の病変部位同定方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のシールマーカー10は、インク61を保持するインク保持体20と、インク保持体をその表面で支持する基材30とを備えており、基材の裏面を壁側胸膜54に貼り付けた状態で肺51を膨張させ、臓側胸膜をインク保持体に接触させることで、インクを臓側胸膜に付着させることを特徴とする。本発明では肺の臓側胸膜にインクを付着させることで、当該インクが付着した位置を目安にして術者が触診により病変部位50を同定する。肺51に直接ガイディングマーカーを穿刺する従来法と比較して、本発明は肺の病変部位を安全に同定できる。【選択図】図１
