The present invention provides a monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to an Ebola virus glycoprotein, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody, and a method of use. The antibodies of the invention are useful for inhibiting or neutralizing ebolavirus activity, thereby providing a means of treating or preventing ebola virus infection in humans.
