<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local temperature adjustment device with which a stock basal part is cooled to adjust plant cultivation with low energy. <；P>；SOLUTION: The local temperature adjustment device is structured so as to guide air cooled with a spot cooler 80 to the stock basal part of a plant whose growth can be adjusted by the temperature of its stock basal part, via a space 42 and a shielding cloth 60 set to a bed 30 and a board 40. Such a structure results in cooling of the stock basal part required for growth adjustment, and thereby attains growth adjustment with less energy than that for cooling the whole of the greenhouse. In addition, supply of water to a white cloth 64 via a plastic tube 70 results in utilizing vaporization heat generated when the water is vaporized from the white cloth 64, and supply of once-cooled air to the spot cooler 80 again to reuse the air for the spot cooler 80 results in achieving further energy saving. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
