The present invention relates to a branched multi-peptide composition and a vaccine comprising the same, and more particularly, to a branched multi-peptide composition comprising a tumor antigen peptide and a vaccine for cancer immunotherapy comprising the same. The branched multi-peptide vaccine according to the present invention is expected to be an effective vaccine because it is easy to manufacture and utilize and can be easily applied to treatment and can maintain a stable reaction in vivo. In the case of tumor antigen peptides, antigens expressed in malignant brain tumors can be selected in the present invention. However, in the present invention, tumor antigens having a large expression amount according to the tumor characteristics of individual patients can be analyzed in the future to utilize them in preparation of individual tailored branched peptides and vaccines using the same.
