Systems for accessing the common and internal iliac arteries and delivering and deploying an endovascular graft therein utilizing an ipsilateral approach are disclosed. A system including a pre-loaded delivery and deployment device (2) is also disclosed. The delivery device comprises a pusher catheter (10), a guide wire cannula (24) extending within the lumen of the pusher catheter, and an auxiliary guide wire (40). The delivery device is pre-loaded with a branched stent graft (4) comprising a main tubular body (30) and a side branch (34), the auxiliary guide wire extending proximally within a lumen of the pusher catheter and into the distal end (5) of the main lumen of the stent graft, the auxiliary guide wire extending further distally through at least a portion of the lumen (36) of the side branch of the stent graft and back through the lumen of the pusher catheter.
