PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of massaging the upper surface sides of shoulders of a user from nearly above, and also to provide a chair including the massage machine.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes: a backrest part (40) for holding the back of a user a pillow part (50) constituted separately from the backrest part and holding the head or/and neck of the user and support members (35) for supporting the pillow part to be nearly above the backrest part.
