The invention relates to a nutrition composition with promoting or inducing a gut microbiota that is closer to infants fed exclusively with human breast milk, in comparison to infant fed with conventional nutritional composition. The composition is in particular intended for infants between 0 and 12 months of age fed predominantly with infant formula.
