Provided is a method for manufacturing a prosthetic appliance for a dental implant digital abutment library, capable of saving costs and time required to manufacture the prosthetic appliance, thereby raising economical efficiency and improving precision of the produced prosthetic appliance. The method includes: a first step of coupling an abutment to an upper end portion of a fixture implanted into a mouth of an examinee, performing oral scanning, and storing an oral scan image acquired through the oral scanning to a terminal of the examinee； a second step of transmitting the oral scan image stored in the terminal of the examinee to a server of a manufacturer； a third step of extracting three dimensional (3D) images of the fixture and a digital abutment selected from the digital abutment library corresponding to an inner part of the mouth of the examinee, matching the 3D image with the transmitted oral scan image to substitute the abutment expressed on the oral scan image, arranging the 3D image, setting an outer shape based on the arrangement of surrounding teeth, and forming a crown having a shape-matching part in an inner part of the crown corresponding to the 3D image of the selected digital abutment； and a fourth step of outputting delivery information including a requested delivery address of the terminal of the examinee for the delivery of the manufactured crown.보철물 제조에 소모되는 비용과 시간을 절감하여 임플란트 시술의 경제성이 향상되면서도 제조된 보철물의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 피시술자의 구강 내부에 식립된 픽스츄어 상단부에 어버트먼트를 결합하고 오랄스캔하여 획득된 오랄스캔 이미지를 시술자측 단말기에 저장하는 제1단계； 상기 시술자측 단말기에 저장된 상기 오랄스캔 이미지가 제조자측 서버로 전송되는 제2단계； 상기 픽스츄어 및 상기 피시술자의 구강 내부에 대응되도록 디지털 어버트먼트 라이브러리로부터 선택된 디지털 어버트먼트의 3차원 이미지를 추출하여 상기 전송된 오랄스캔 이미지에 표시된 상기 어버트먼트를 대체하도록 매칭 및 배치하고, 주변치아 배열을 기반으로 외형이 설정되되 내부에 상기 선택된 디지털 어버트먼트의 3차원 이미지에 대응되는 형합부가 형성된 크라운을 제조하는 제3단계； 및 상기 제조된 크라운의 배송을 위한 시술자측 단말기의 요청된 주소를 포함한 배송정보를 출력하는 제4단계를 포함하는 디지털 어버트먼트 라이브러리를 이용한 치과 임플란트용 보철물 제조방법을 제공한다.
