PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher having an automatic brake mechanism and a manual brake mechanism capable of being constituted by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A turning caster 120 has a rear wheel 80, a support arm 90 for rotationally supporting the rear wheel 80, and a journal part 100 rotationally journaling the support arm 90.
