The strand is repeatedly bent such that linear parts (3a) and bend parts (3b) alternate in sequence, and ends (3c, 3d) of the strand are connected together to form a cylindrical shape. Both ends (3c, 3d) of the strand constituting the cylindrically-shaped elements (4) are connected together by a cylindrical connecting member (5) of a biodegradable polymer holding both ends.
