According to the present invention, a fish capturing apparatus for researching a fish way includes: a front frame part which can be widened or narrowed to be matched to a width of the fish way； a rear frame part located on the rear side of the front frame part； a middle frame part which connects the front frame part and the rear frame part, can be attached to and detached from the front frame part while capable of rotating with respect to the rear frame part, or can be attached to and detached from the rear frame part while capable of rotating with respect to the front frame part； and a net which is supported by the front frame part, the rear frame part, and the middle frame part to form a capturing space, includes an inlet part formed near the front frame part to allow fish to enter the capturing space, and includes a zipper installed near the rear frame part to enable a user to take fish out of the capturing space.본 발명에 따른 어도조사용 어류채집장치는, 어도간격에 맞게 폭을 줄이거나 늘릴 수 있는 전측프레임부； 상기 전측프레임부의 후측에 위치된 후측프레임부； 상기 전측프레임부와 상기 후측프레임부를 연결하되, 상기 전측프레임부와 탈착가능하고 상기 후측프레임부에 대해서 회전가능하거나, 또는 상기 후측프레임부와 탈착가능하고 상기 전측프레임부에 대해서 회전가능한 중간프레임부； 및 상기 전측프레임부, 상기 후측프레임부, 상기 중간프레임부에 의해 지지되어 채집공간을 형성하고, 상기 전측프레임부 부근에 어류가 상기 채집공간으로 진입할 수 있는 입구부가 형성되며, 상기 후측프레임부 부근에 상기 채집공간에 채집된 어류를 꺼낼 수 있는 지퍼가 설치된 그물망；을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
