The invention relates to a supplementary cutting element with the role of cutting and wear piece meant for reinforcing the chisel-type active working tool of soil-working equipments in conservation agriculture. According to the invention, the supplementary element consists of a metal piece of high wearing resistance, having the shape of an arrow with a lower part geometry of a pointed shape with an angle of point (α), continued with two parallel blades provided with concentric holes to be clamped with some detachable elements (s) at the lower extremity of a support (S) of the working tool, on either side thereof, covering it and resting thereon and on the back part of a chisel-type working tool (D), in its mounted state the element being positioned under an advance angle (β) in relation to the horizontal plane and a cutting angle (γ), a radius (R) following the outline of the working tool (D).Invenţia se referă la un element suplimentar de tăiere cu rol de tăiere şi piesă de uzură destinat întăririi organului activ de lucru de tip daltă al echipamentelor de lucrat solul în agricultura conservativă. Elementul suplimentar, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit dintr-o piesă metalică cu rezistenţă mare la uzură, având forma unei săgeţi cu o geometrie a părţii inferioare sub forma ascuţită cu un unghi (α) la vârf, prelungită cu două aripioare paralele prevăzute cu găuri concentrice pentru prinderea cu nişte elemente (s) demontabile, la extremitatea inferioară a unui suport (S) al organului de lucru, de o parte şi de cealaltă, îmbrăcându-l şi sprijinindu-se de acesta şi de partea din spate a unui organ (D) de lucru, de tip daltă, în starea montată elementul fiind poziţionat sub un unghi (β) de înaintare faţă de orizontală, şi un unghi (γ) de atac, o rază (R) urmărind conturul organului (D) de lucru.
