The extension (8) is flexible, providing the necessary degree of freedom. At its end it carries a tool head (9) with circumferential holes (10) and a button (11) for inserting and removing the tools. Alternatively, the extension is made of metal elements (13) connected to each other by a cable (15) being tightened by a stabilization handle (17).
